Zhenye Textile is a textile manufacturer in China specializing in 30–65 GSM wide-width polyester pongee fabric, mainly used for mattress lamination applications.
We produce 210–220 CM wide polyester pongee with stable GSM and consistent quality across batches. Our customers include mattress manufacturers, lamination factories, textile importers and distributors.
From yarn preparation to weaving, inspection, packing and shipment — every step happens in our factory. We are not a trading company.

Our Story
Zhenye Textile started as a small weaving workshop. Over the years, we focused on one thing: producing stable, consistent polyester pongee for the mattress industry.
We did not try to be everything to everyone. Instead, we invested in wide-width looms, refined our GSM control, and built a production system that delivers the same quality order after order.
Today, our fabric is used by mattress manufacturers and lamination factories in multiple markets. Our growth comes from repeat customers, not advertising promises.
