Consistency matters more than one perfect sample.
Quality control is not a separate step at the end. It happens during production — every day, every batch. We check GSM, width, and fabric surface as part of our daily routine.
GSM Inspection
Fabric weight per square meter is measured for every batch to ensure consistency within the specified range.
Width Inspection
Fabric width is verified to be within 210–220 CM for every roll before packing.
Fabric Surface Inspection
Visual check for weaving defects, stains, holes and uniformity across the fabric surface.
Batch Inspection
Production records are kept for each batch, enabling traceability and repeat order consistency.
